Torque Arm

Carbon fiber telescoping torque arm 15.5 - 35.5 inches min/max reach and a torque capacity up to 10 Nm.

CAR Series carbon fiber torque arms are designed to be lightweight and reduce torque reaction forces from assembly operations. Made of high strength carbon fiber, our CAR series are easily adjustable to various positions by using a design technology that collapses each segment into itself like a telescope. These arms may be used with a wide variety of electric or pneumatic tools including screwdrivers with either inline or pistol style designs. When used with our TECBA1 or TECBA3 tool balancers the arms become virtually weightless improving productivity. Our unique, slender design insures that harmful torque reaction forces are prevented, especially on high torque assembly operations reducing operator fatigue. The universal tool holder adapts tightly to most standard electric or pneumatic tools insuring no movement of the driver while in use. This also corresponds to better torque repeatability on all assembly jobs.
